Much thanks to Amid and Jerry from Cartoon Brew for finding a clip of Porky’s Picnic, a Looney Tunes cartoon in which Porky Pig takes his girlfriend Petunia and little Pinky on a picnic via a scooter with a sidecar. I’m guessing the scooter is a Salisbury. Any other suggestions?
UPDATE: It appears that this has been removed. Too bad!

Porky's put put is a bit vague
It could be a Salsbury Motorglide, Mead Ranger or a Cushman Autoglide.
Or anyone of the pre 1940 mail order scoots.
