Scoot Cop in Union Square

I know why I snapped this photo of a NYPD cop sitting on a scooter in the middle of Union Square. It looked as if they were about to shoot a video & he was waiting around.
But one lady who walked by stopped to snap a bunch of pictures and giggled a bit. Ah the plight of a scooter cop.
